Change Speeds Performance Training

Change Speeds’ mission is to provide a viable method for athletes to increase athletic ability with the goal of attaining the highest skill level possible.

Movement Transcends All Sports!

Understanding that movement transcends all sports and that speed is one of the most valuable qualities an athlete can possess is the key component of Change Speeds comprehensive training program.  Change Speeds offers a cutting-edge athletic performance enhancement system which features the most efficient methodology.  Plus, with strong emphasis on technique, the risk of injury dramatically decreases.
  • 100,000 non-contact ACL injuries per year in the US due to unanticipated running and cutting.
  • Two main causes for knee and ankle injuries are improper cutting and deceleration technique, followed by the absence of sufficient proximal hip strength.

The Specialists

Change Speeds was created by former division one collegiate athletes, Justin Kull, Steve Alesi, Pat Olchovy, and professional athlete, Onyi Momah. Our trainers are certified speed enhancement specialists and personal trainers who continuously train high school teams and college athletes as well as professional athletes.

Having participated at high level sport universities and professional leagues, everything that is taught at Change Speeds, WE HAVE EXPERIENCED. And, we know that feeling of distress that comes without a good speed and strength program enhancing and maximizing athletes untrained abilities. So consider Change Speeds as the SOS (School Of Speed) call committed to helping every athlete reach the pinnacle of their athletic potential.

Program Componets

Active Dynamic Warm-Up
Properly prepares the body for rigorous activity, while identifying flaws and imbalances throughout the body.

Techniques Training
Systematically implementing technique and increasing awareness of the body’s position and form in an effective manner.

Speed and Agility
Acceleration, deceleration & changing directions, utilizing proper movement techniques and motor patterns.

Strength Training & Plyometrics
Designed to increase speed specific muscle development, while utilizing full body Olympic lifting techniques.
