Women's Fitness
As we all know, there are no short-cuts on the road to losing fat. Crash dieting is not a permanent way to losing weight. The key to transforming a skinny, overweight, or average body is by maintaining a proper diet and exercising frequently. When you join ISA’s Women’s Fitness Program, we will help you to reach your goals to a healthier, more sculpted body while gaining self confidence. We will be offering boot camp, body sculpting and on-the-ball core strengthening classes.
