| Boot Camp is fitness for all skill levels. Designed to incorporate various exercises with dumb bells, calisthenics, abdominal/core strengthening, interval training, jump rope, speed drills, & flexibility exercises. Emphasizes multiple body aerobic exercises to produce a cross training effect.
