Format:
The times and days are team preferred. We will try to accommodate each request accordingly.

The league will consist of games for a period of 4 WEEKS (this includes play-offs and championship). Teams may have a max of 10 players and a minimum of 6. Six players may participate on the field during the game (substitutions are legal). All games will take place at INTERSTATE SPORTS ACADEMY. Players must have two sets of jerseys, 1 white & 1 any color of choice. Jerseys must have numbers. Team Registration is $400.00 (Including Referee Fees). A $200 deposit is required upon registration of a team. The remaining balance is due the day of your team’s first game. Teams MUST sign ISA's Team Waiver Form in order to participate. 1st & 2nd Place Teams in each division will receive awards. Teams will be provided rules and schedules.

Equipment Requirements:
Athletic sneakers and appropriate clothing.
