Format:
There will be 8 games plus playoffs. We have top administration and competition. All of our games will be held at the Interstate Sports Academy state-of-the-art facility. There is also flexible scheduling to accomodate all teams. Teams and Individuals can register for the 18-34 League or the 35 and over League. Be sure to make a note of your age or your teams age to prevent improper league registrations.

Equipment Requirements:
Basketball sneakers and/or equivelant athletic shoes.
